Store Policy

All orders are on a made-to-order basis to ensure freshness and quality of experience. We aim to prepare and get your orders shipped out within 

2-3 days. You will only receive your Tracking Numbers when your parcel has been shipped.

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or provide refunds on opened, or used products. Results may vary and are not guaranteed. 

If you find that you are missing any products in your order, please be sure to email intuitive.cats@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. 

If you received the wrong item(s), please email intuitive.cats@gmail.com & we'll make it right (we will definitely double check your orders before sending them to you)

You can not change your orders once it's submitted. Once your order has been marked as 'shipped,' we are no longer able to make any changes to your shipping address or order & may not request for an exchange of a different product with different pricing.

We provide Registered Mail services by Singpost to ship your orders at a flate rate of $3.00. Other mode of delivery is also available, please refer to the information below. Please take note that intuitive. will not be held responsible for all lost, damaged and stolen parcels. Please make sure you enter the correct address before hitting 'submit'.

We provide online & offline payment methods via Credit, Debit & PayNow to our phone number.

International

We accept payments via Paypal, Credit & Debit.

International orders are shipped from Singapore post and then turned over to your country's postal system. Shipping time is an estimate, the package may arrive sooner or later than expected. The recipient of the package must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders shipped outside of Singapore may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees from the respective countries. All additional charges for customs clearance are the responsibility of the recipient, not intuitive. Since customs policies vary from country to country, please contact your local customs office for more information. We are not responsible for any custom fees due at the time of delivery.
